Social dinner
A social dinner will be organized on Tuesday evening, as detailed below.
Kronborg Castle tour and social dinner included in the conference registration
Each registration includes a guided Kronborg Castle tour and social dinner that will take place on Tuesday 14 June 2016. The tour will start from the Beach Hotel Marienlyst at 4.00 pm, from where we will walk to Kronborg Castle. After the guided tour we will walk back to the social dinner which will be held at Beach Hotel Marienlyst at 7.00 pm with a view over Kronborg, the Swedish Coastline and the beach. The restaurant serves Northern-inspired cuisine of the highest quality, and almost everything is organic. The guided tour of Kronborg Castle is sponsored by TA Instruments.
Accompanying persons
The Kronborg Castle tour and social dinner are open to accompanying persons.
The participation fee of the tour for each accompanying person is 110 DKK (EURO 15).
The participation fee of the social dinner for each accompanying person is 300 DKK (EURO 40).
The fees should be paid in cash (either DKK or EURO) at the conference desk (credit cards are NOT accepted).
Attendees willing to join the social dinner should specify the option (including the number of accompanying persons) during the online registration to the conference.
