Accommodation
The conference will be held in the 4-star Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel.
The hotel is situated on Broad Street in the centre of Bristol and lies within the medieval Old City.
The following fixed rate has been negotiated with the conference hotel:
- Standard double room at £139/night.
The rates include government taxes and breakfast.

Travel
By air 
You can land directly in Bristol airport or a London-based airport if direct flights aren’t available.
To Bristol aiport
Bristol international airport is connected to many of Europe's major airports.
From the airport, you can get a coach from outside the terminal (A1 Bristol Airport Flyer) train to Bristol Bus and Coach Station. A one-way ticket costs £8 and the service departs with a frequency up to every 12 minutes.
It is an approximately 10 minute walk from Bristol Bus and Coach Station to the conference venue.
Alternatively, taxis can be taken directly from the aiport to the venue.
To London Heathrow
London Heathrow is a large international airport with connections worldwide.
From Heathrow airport, you can get the Heathrow Express train to London Paddington train station and then a Great Western Railway train from Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads train station.
It is an approximately 20 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station to the conference venue (taxis are also available outside the train station entrance).
Alternatively, you can get a National Express coach direct from London Heathrow to Bristol Bus and Coach Station.

To London Gatwick
London Gatwick is an international airport with connections worldwide.
From Gatwick, there are train services available that go to Bristol. These routes require train changes at Reading train station or London Paddington train station. Services via Reading can be booked using thetrainline. Services via London Paddington require a Thameslink train to Farringdon train station, an Elizabeth line (purple) London underground train to London Paddington and then a Great Western Railway train from Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads train station.

Alternatively, you can get a National Express coach direct from London Gatwick to Bristol Bus and Coach Station. It is an approximately 10 minute walk from Bristol Bus and Coach Station to the conference venue.
By train 
The EuroStar train service can be taken from Paris Gare du Nord, Brussels Midi, Rotterdam Central or Amsterdam Central to London St Pancras station. From St Pancras station, take the Circle (yellow) or Hammersmith & City (pink) line on the London Underground to London Paddington and then a Great Western Railway train from Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads train station. It is an approximately 20 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station to the conference venue (taxis are also available outside the train station entrance).
